What are complaints made of??

I think life is too short to be complaining about minute things in life... However, unfortunately, in this cruel world that we all live in, we tend to cross paths with people whom we can never meet eye to eye with. Which can be kinda sad!

Recently, our team at work has been highly stressed due to the audit that ended last Thursday. We've been working long hours everyday, work long hours over weekends... We thought our hard work did pay off! Our direct bosses appreciated what we did! Unfortunately, due to the nature of us being all girls in the team, we tend to talk more and maybe a tad more noisy than the other people on the same floor as us.

Let me describe abit more of the people on the same floor as us in the office... We are basically seated between the Regional office people and the Pharma people... and Biologicals isn't a very small team - meaning 'US'! We are a group of 6 CRAs, our manager and medical director. The people around us are pretty much sedated! They do not know how to have fun, they do not laugh, the pretty much sit in front of their computers whole day non-stop, and the only movement for them, is to go to pantry to get some water, make tea/coffee or pack their lunch and eat there (pathetic), or otherwise, to the loo. So we are pretty much screwed seated between these 2 groups of people who are so sedated cos' we are a very FUN team!

An idiotic person/group of idiotic people somehow couldn't stand the fact that we are a happy team, and just have to move their ass(es) to our Vice President's office and file a formal complaint about us. WTF! Did we do something that was so detrimental that requires a formal complaint to the VP??? I mean that person(s) could have come to us and talked to us about it. RIGHT?!? I mean we are adults and not kids!

So whoever that person is, please don't be a bloody wimp and go running to big daddy when you are unhappy! Obviously, if you are a guy, your freaking gonads must be non-existant! And if you are a female, I have nothing to say... simply you are a disgrace to our female race!

Anyways, this has caused somewhat unhappiness within the team... we resort to whispering in the office.... sounds ridiculous doesn't it??? Oh well, what can we say, if someone made such a complaint about us!

One more thing that really pissed the crap out of me was this person (perhaps the same people, maybe not, I don't know) complained about my dressing!! I mean DO YOU REALLY HAVE TO GO THIS FAR??? I can complain about this guy who wears tight shirt and pants to work who looks like a bloody faggart! His pants is so tight that it can tear any moment if he bends 90 degrees! How about this other guy (white guy) who wears a BRIGHT PINK polo t-shirt to work... Woah! That is a fashion statement ain't it???!!! I'm ok with guys wearing PINK shirts but not BRIGHT PINK to the point that it looks like can glow in the dark! Tight shirt and pants are ok too ... IF YOU HAVE A GOOD BODY!! Wake up your idea ok!! Not everyone looks good in tight clothes!

Anyways, I'm just so damn pissed off with these people who complained about us... I'm pretty sure these people are much older than us, so please GROW UP and act like ADULTS for goodness sakes! There is nothing more disgraceful to have 40-50 year olds running to upper management about minute stuff...

Untamed Heart

This movie is so touching... I watched this movie for the second time a couple of weeks back and I cried... It's amazing how Adam (Christian Slater) was always there protecting Caroline (Marisa Tomei). It's just sad that he died but at least he died peacefully and was in the company of the one woman he loves. The note that he wrote before he died, and read only after he died was soooo touching.

Work Work Work...

Sorry for not being able to write much in my blog for the past couple of months besides putting up vid clips of MTVs that I like.

The reason for this is because I've been so busy working. My life practically evolves around my work now. Hardly have much time for other stuff... Isn't that sad???

Works been really stressful because an audit is coming up, and it starts tomorrow. That is the reason why I've been working my butt off the past couple of months. There's just so much to do with so little time in hand. Being new to the company isn't a very good thing either cos' I don't know if i'm confident enough when I speak with the auditors. Seriously, think I'll just go into a panic attack!! ahhaha!

I'll be interviewed for my clinical study, as well as safety reporting... Think this is more than enough for me...

I'm on the point of breaking down anytime... Depression is one thing, but I know I'll be able to get over that soon.

Guess my saga will not end after the audit, cos' I will have to sort out my other clinical trials... It's neverending....

Working on weekends is NOT GOOD!!! ARGH!

Please grant me peace and give me strength...

Please give me the confidence to go through this ordeal...
