More Masquerade Masks...

For those who has been reading my blog... as you all know that I went to a Masquerade Ball recently, and we all needed a mask...

My first mask has been posted earlier on... After that mask, I actually made another 2 masks for my workmates... We all went to Spotlight and Chinatown to look for materials needed for these masks.

I feel so happy that they trusted me in making their masks :o) Result was, they were all happy with their masks, which made me the designer very happy too :o)

I guess I can do more than just making jewellery now isn't it?? hehehe! I've been thinking of picking up knitting again... look out for my later entry on knitting :o) (Blossom, I'm sure you'll be excited about it if I pick up knitting again eh?? heh!)

Another ORDER!!

WOOHOO! I've got another order for "Glittery Gold" necklace. Yeah, a workmate of mine wants to order one too, but it will be slightly shorter. Well, this will have to wait till I get back from my NZ trip.

I wish I have more orders as time goes by...

Off to Auckland...

A BREAK AT LAST!!!

YES! I'm leaving for Auckland on Thursday night (27th April 2006), for 2 WHOLE WEEKS!! YAY YAY YAY!!

I've been looking forward to this trip for a long time now... I guess I need a break. A breakaway from the crowded and hot city of Singapore! I really miss Auckland! Living there for 10 years, makes me feel that Auckland is more like a home to me than Singapore even though I'm Singaporean.

This will be my only break before my wedding... So I better make the best out of it! I plan to eat all the yummy food in the nice restaurants, drink all the yummy coffee there, enjoy the fresh crisp air... Isn't that great? Of course, not forgetting to shop till I drop! People must be thinking I'm MAD! Afterall, people come to Singapore to shop... But noooooooooo... for me, I enjoy shopping in Auckland too... That city has nice local brands... Such as, Glassons and Principals, and not forgetting some Aussie brands, such as Supre... There's just too many to list!

Well, my friends, don't miss me too much! We will celebrate me Birthday when I get back in 2 weeks k! :o) I will be thinking of you guys...

My Masterpiece...

As you all know, I will be attending a Masquerade ball this weekend... All my workmates are getting quite excited over this. However, one workmate of mine bought a plain mask and needed help deciorating her mask... So I helped her in decorating her mask...

So here's my masterpiece... What do you think of it?

Check out my mask a coming Masquerade Dinner & Dance that I will be attending... Ok the mask did not come with a stick... So I had to improvise...

I used a new chopstick, tied a strand of purplish/pink pearls to it, and made a loop at the end for my wrist. So when i don't wanna wear it, I can just loop it over my wrist and let it dangle! Genius huh??!! hHahah!!



I used wire to tie the stick to the mask. Took me some time to poke the needle thru' the mask as it's quite thick. Now my fingers are all sore... :o( heheh

Check out my brand new pair of Oakley's...woohoo! Yeah my fiance bought it for me...

It's one of the latest called "Crosshair" in Chrome. It's really cool! It looks so vintage, like 70s style...Love it love it love it...
